Refund policy

Returns 

All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt and in its original packaging, unopened and uninstalled. Any item that has been installed will not be accepted for a return. Items that are returned and approved for a refund will be credited the full purchase price and applicable taxes to the credit card originally used on the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returned items may be subject to a 3% restocking fee.  

Returning items online: 

To start a return, contact us at OnlineOrders@KCBobcat.com.  If your return is accepted (KC Bobcat reserves the right to limit or deny a refund due to condition of product, and for returns outside of the 15 day return window,), instructions on shipping back items will be provided. Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a return. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item, but it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
 
Returning items to a local store: 

Returns will be accepted at the KC Bobcat store in Platte City, MO. (100 Tracy Drive, Tracy, Missouri) Be sure to bring the original card used to purchase the item as well as the receipt included in your package. In store returns will be issued as store credit only.  

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at OnlineOrders@KCBobcat.com for questions regarding defective or damaged items.  
 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Electrical parts that have been installed cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please email OnlineOrders@KCBobcat.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
